1. Service description
NexVault provides prepaid card product information, order creation, Paystack payment handoff, order tracking and support. Product availability depends on issuer, network and regional conditions.

NexVault Terms of Service.
These terms explain account use, prepaid card orders, Paystack payment and fulfilment responsibilities.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and notify support about unauthorized access. Do not reuse a banking password on NexVault.
3. Orders and eligibility
An order is a request for the selected product and value. Review issuer, region, fees, delivery and refund terms before payment. NexVault may pause an order when information is inconsistent or fulfilment is restricted.
4. Paystack payments
Payment details are submitted to Paystack, not NexVault. An order is not treated as paid merely because a customer visited or returned from Paystack; the transaction must be confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery timing begins after payment confirmation and eligibility checks. You are responsible for protecting delivered digital information and checking product restrictions before use.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on payment, fulfilment, disclosure, activation and usage status. Delivered or activated digital value may not be refundable. See the Refund Policy for the request process.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use NexVault for fraud, unauthorized purchases, sanctions evasion, resale that violates issuer terms, account abuse or unlawful activity.
