NexVault stores account name, email, country, password hash, order items, amounts, order status, Paystack references, support and refund information. Technical security logs may include time and network identifiers.

This policy explains the limited information used for accounts, orders, security and support.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, create and track orders, match Paystack transactions, prevent abuse, provide fulfilment and respond to support requests.
3. Paystack
Payment details are entered on Paystack-hosted pages. NexVault does not collect complete payment-card numbers, banking passwords, mobile-money PINs or OTPs. Paystack processes information under its own policies.
4. Security
NexVault uses password hashing, session protection, request tokens, restricted configuration, security headers and transaction verification controls. No internet service can promise absolute security.
5. Retention
Order and payment references may be retained for support, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention needs. Expired password-reset and login-throttle records are periodically removed.
6. Your choices
You may request correction of inaccurate account information or ask about deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate legal, payment or fraud-prevention purposes.
